MOLARS

Erin Rolfs (managing editor)

Erin Rolfs is a proud mother, a talkative drunk and hopes to be a writer some day. Always one for a stimulating conversation she asked these fine writers (see above) to break the ice between and among the artist and public communities. She feels overwhelmingly fortunate to be witness to a period of substantial growth in Baton Rouge's artistic maturity. With that great privilege there are responsibilities to help nurture that growth in a positive way. Between that realization, being a mother, a lover of Belgian beer and aspirations of publishing this idea of Sweet Tooth was born.

Alex V. Cook is an author and music critic living in Baton Rouge. His work has appeared in The Oxford American, The Wire, and he is the music editor for outsideleft.com. His first book Darkness, Racket and Twang is a gripping read, and he can eat more hot dogs than you can.

DENTURES
Tracey Duncan (writer)

Tracey will dance to anything. She freckles easily, but tans evenly. She hates talking about herself in the third person, because her grip on realityis somewhat unstable and she already has a difficult time figuring out who's who around here. Her turn-ons include buttery biscuits, strong jawlines, and the avant garde. Turn-offs are picking at scabs, nailbiting, and khakis. She is writing a book about her misspent youth in South Beach. It is not a memoir.
Aharon Varady (writer)

Aharon Varady is an urban planner and Spanish Town resident. He came to help out after Katrina and Rita and would have left Baton Rouge by now except that it's too damn nice living here. He enjoys bicycling about, balcony perching, cat petting, record listening, and catching the occasional film.
