Let Me Hold You
“Where can I find a Sweet Tooth?”
We keep getting this question and I have to tell you a secret; printing
costs money. Now we print up to 500 copies for the three months
of the quarterly run which is very little. But this limited run
works to several advantages. One, the people who
find a Sweet Tooth keep the Sweet Tooth. We feel each print should
be cherished as such not only out of a green sensibility but also
because the designer, Paul Dean, put some work into the layout and
it is a piece of art. Two, it drives readers to
the web version where we hope they will take advantage of each article's
online forum. The goal of Sweet Tooth is to
promote discussion not create more trash. So if we under
print it's not to drive you crazy, it's to ensure that we don't
get overwhelmed with the task of finding money rather than the goal
at hand.
Given that, you can obtain a paper copy of Sweet Tooth NUMBER TWO
at the locations listed below. There is a selection marked with
an asterisk that have been given a laminated copy of NUMBER ONE
that you can peruse over a Highland coffee or a Big Cheesy Lou.
If you want to make sure that you get a copy come out to Red Star,
April 12 for the NUMBER TWO celebration (see It's Party Time).
Also, we can mail a copy directly to your home for a five-dollar
donation. You have to pay through the donation button above this
window and enter your request. It's really easy and you'll be supporting
a good cause. No pressure, just thought you'd like to know.
