Our desire is to utilize derelict spaces prior to their demolition or alternative public sites outside of the traditional art venue to create temporary site-specific sculptural objects." | ||
| O.K. let's see a few examples of what Ruck and Havel have done in Houston....and keep in mind, there are hundreds of houses each year that are slated for demolition in Baton Rouge....more on that in minute. Here's a sculpture called "Inversion". It used to contain the
community art classes of the Houston Art League. The Art League contacted
Havel and Rusk and offered them the opportunity to transform the structure.
They had four weeks to complete the project. Inversion generated a lot
